Consulting Services 
Our consulting services allow you to have as much or as little control of the building process as you want.  Allowing you the flexibility to get the level of expert advice you need to successfully build your new custom home and only pay for the level of help you need.

 
Custom Builder 
At this level we will act as a standard custom home builder managing the entire building process. You as a home buyer don't perform any of the day to day tasks.

 
Builder of Record 
At this level we allow we act as builder of record providing consulting throughout the building process but you as an owner/builder deal with the day to day tasks.
 
 
Building Consultant 
At this level we act as a home building consultant, providing inspections at critical points in the home building process, such as: pre-pour, pour day, framing, & mechanical systems.
